Where the task calls for it, we add stabilised aqueous ozone, which reverts to oxygen and water, and dry steam for low-moisture thermal decontamination of hard surfaces and detailing. Everything is delivered with colour-coded microfibre and disciplined dwell times so that cross-contamination is controlled and each surface gets the contact time it actually needs.
We are precise about claims. This is not "chemical-free" cleaning. Where a disinfection-critical task requires a TGA-listed product, we use one. The compliance and ratings angle
Two things are converging that make low-tox cleaning a governance issue rather than a nice-to-have.
First, from 1 December 2026, enforceable Workplace Exposure Limits (WELs) replace the current WES across roughly 700 reviewed chemicals.
